Order Despatch - Everything is available by post within the UK at a flat rate of £4.95. Overseas postage is charged at cost.
Availability - Delivery is normally quick, but please allow 21 days. We will inform you if there is any delay.
Payment - For security reasons we deposit cheques on receipt - allow four business days to clear.
Scheherazade Guarantee - If any product does not meet your expectations, please return it to us, unused and in the original packaging within 7 days. We will either refund your money or replace the item, at your choice. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you ask your Post Office for proof of posting (free of charge) and that you send all jewellery by Special Delivery. We regret that we cannot accept returns of personalised items unless faulty. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
Catalogue Descriptions - Every care is taken to ensure that descriptions and prices are correct at the time of going to press.
Special Offers - The price of a special offer only applies if all of the items in that offer are kept by you. If you choose to return any part of a special offer, the amount payable for the remaining part retained by you will be the total of the full catalogue prices of such items.
